Usually weekly renting. Minimum rental of 5 nights; in July and August 7 nights.
Costs for 4 to 5 (maximum 6) visitors in the villa. The luxurious Pool-House is for two additional visitors.
Last Minute February-March 2026:
7 nights only 1300 €, 6 nights 1200, 5 nights 1100, 4 nights 1000 €.

Ask for our special offers for rentals of 3 weeks or more.
For the final reservation a deposit of at least 50% of the rental-costs must be paid.
The remaining is to be paid in advance by bank-transfer to our bank account (or cash on arrival). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Cheques.
Check-in from 3 to 7 pm (15:00 to 19:00)
Check-out from 8 to 10:30 am (08:00 to 10:30)
Late check-in fee for check-in after 7 pm (19:00): 40 €
