Villa Sirgole Rosa is a beautiful 110 square meter (1180 sq feet) holiday home, on two floors, with a large terrace and georgeous swimming pool. In 2017 the antique house was extensively renovated and extended, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, mixer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate four visitors, has a beautiful garden seating area with a view of the marvellous swimming pool and a pergola under palm trees, apricot and lemontrees. While in the tower room upstairs there is a bedroom for one or two visitors, a small bathroom coupled with a large terrace with plenty of space looking over wineyards.

From Villa Sirgole you enjoy a beautiful view of the green nature and that’s why you really are in the middle of a wonderful Garden Eden with large palmtrees, orange, lemon, apricot, walnut, fig, banana and olive trees, to name a few. Far away from the hustle and bustle, pure air and nature, Zen, free space, therefore an indescribable pleasure.

The Annex or Dependance Pool-House

In addition, from 2021 on there is the possibility to rent a 32 square meter large luxurious annex Pool-House right next to the house, which can accommodate another 2 visitors. With this we can host a total of 7 to a maximum of 8 visitors. The Pool-House faces directly the beautiful swimming pool which is shared by the two houses, but will be for you alone over 90% of the time.

A car is required to discover all the beauties of the Salento region, the numerous bays and lovely sandy beaches. Rental cars are available directly from Brindisi airport or in Lecce. This region is easily accessible for instance with numerous direct flights to Brindisi, train to Lecce, or via very good motorways and roads.

From the house to Lecce there is a distance of 28 km, to Cutrofiano 2 km, Galatina 7 km, to Gallipoli 25 km, to Otranto 30 km, to Brindisi 75 km and to Bari 180 km. The holiday home is located in a beautiful and green area where scattered houses, villas and agriculture alternate. If desired, you can book and enjoy a massage or even yoga lessons.

It is another world of sky and earth, sea and sun, nature and well-being.

The house is not suitable for big parties, receptions, DJ’s and concerts. The use of the swimming pool is for the residents of the house and clients who rented the house.
