Usually weekly renting. Minimum rental of 5 nights; in July and August 7 nights.
Costs for 4 to 5 (maximum 6) visitors in the villa. The luxurious Pool-House is for two additional visitors.
Last Minute:
in April only 180 €, in May 220 € per night, minimum 4 nights.

Pets are never allowed to sleep on beds, sofas or armchairs and are not allowed in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi area. | Please bring your pet’s bedding and cot with you. All pet faeces must be collected completely. |
Ask for our special offers for rentals of 3 weeks or more.
For the final reservation a deposit of at least 50% of the rental costs must be paid.
The rest is to be paid in advance by bank transfer to our bank account (or cash on arrival). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or cheques.
Check-in from 3 to 7 pm (15:00 to 19:00)
Check-out from 8 to 10:30 am (08:00 to 10:30)
Late check-in fee for check-in after 7 pm (19:00): 40 €
