Usually weekly renting. Minimum rental of 5 nights; in July and August 7 nights.
Costs for 4 to 5 (maximum 6) visitors in the villa. The luxurious Pool-House is for two additional visitors.
Special offer for April and May 2025:
April: 7 nights only 1400 €, 6 nights 1260 €, 5 nights 1150 €, 4 nights 1100 €.
May: 7 nights 1500 €, 6 nights 1400 €, 5 nights 1300 €, 4 nights 1200 €.

Ask for our special offers for rentals of 3 weeks or more.
For the final reservation a deposit of at least 50% of the rental costs must be paid.
The rest is to be paid in advance by bank transfer to our bank account (or cash on arrival). Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or cheques.
Check-in from 3 to 7 pm (15:00 to 19:00)
Check-out from 8 to 10:30 am (08:00 to 10:30)
Late check-in fee for check-in after 7 pm (19:00): 40 €
